Gentle (75 min)

Wednesdays at 9:15 am Gentle Yoga 

Tune into your body through breathing and stretching into a variety of yoga poses. This session will calm the mind and strengthen the body. If you are a beginner or recently returning to your yoga practice, this session will guide you through the basic poses while giving options for advancement. Please write me if you are interested in attending and have a question or concern. I would love to talk with you about the style of this class.

Meditation (45 min)

No experience necessary. Only an open mind is required. Various approaches and styles to meditation are offered. Light stretching is done in the beginning to prepare the body.

Slow Flow (75 Min)

         Friday at 9:15 am               Slow Flow  

Slow flow connects postures with breath and movement. It is a well rounded practice designed to strengthen or lengthen all the major muscles in the body. The flow from posture to posture moves at a slower pace, so attendees have time to focus on alignment, engage the body, connect with the senses and go inward, creating a more peaceful and reflective practice.

Love Your Brain

Through this class nourish brain and body through special poses designed to destress and decompress while minimizing symptoms.

If you experience chronic pain, have limited mobility, or experience instability while standing or moving, a traditional yoga session may seem dauting. Chair yoga relieves tension and stretches the body, all from the safety of a seated position. Benefits of chair yoga, include better balance, increased circulation, enhanced mood and improved coordination.
